Refund Policy

Mistaken Purchases

If a membership or pass is purchased in error and Pace + Power Training is contacted before the membership or pass has been used, management may, at its discretion, issue a refund or apply the amount paid toward the intended membership or pass. Once a membership or pass has been used, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or transfer except where required by law.

Cancellations and Non-Renewal

Memberships and passes do not automatically renew. When a membership or pass expires or all included visits have been used, a new membership or pass must be purchased if the member wishes to continue using the facility.

Because purchases are non-refundable, cancellation of an active membership or pass does not create a right to a refund for any unused time or visits, except where required by law.

Facility Closure and Weather

If Pace + Power Training is temporarily unavailable due to a facility related closure, members using a visit-based pass may receive a replacement visit or other reasonable accommodation at managements discretion. Members with an unlimited membership are not entitled to reimbursement for a single missed workout or short-term closure.

If a closure is extended, Pace + Power Training may, at its discretion, pause or extend an active membership or pass, provide account credit, or offer another reasonable accommodation.

Closure or interruptions causes by weather or other conditions outside the reasonable control of Pace + Power Training do not automatically entitle a member to a refund or reimbursement.
